Payroll your clients can hand you — and you can sign
SeroPayroll is built the way a practice checks payroll: every run explained, every correction on record, and year-end problems surfaced while there is still time to fix them.
Prepare, approve, post — as roles
Give your staff the right to prepare runs and keep approval with the client, or the other way round. The server enforces it, not the screen.
PIER review in February
Find CPP and EI deficiencies client by client before the CRA's review bills the employer's share.
Year-end you can sign
Filing readiness lists what would stop a T4 file — a missing payroll account number, an employee without a SIN — in December, not February.
Remittances on the client's schedule
Quarterly, regular or accelerated: each client's due dates follow from the remitter type set once.
Corrections that leave a trail
A posted run is reversed and revised, never edited. The client's history always explains the money.
Every province in one product
Clients in Québec and clients in British Columbia run on the same software, each under its own rules.
Frequently asked questions
Does each client need their own plan?
Yes — each client business has its own SeroPayroll plan, priced by the number of people it pays. Your staff sign in with logins the client gives them.
Can clients on SeroBooks use this?
SeroBooks Pro already includes payroll in the same ledger, so those clients don't need a separate SeroPayroll plan.
Is there a partner programme?
