What counts as an employee?
Each person on your payroll. When you grow past your plan's headcount, move to the next plan from your subscription page.
Is there a setup fee or a per-run fee?
No. The monthly price is the whole price: unlimited pay runs, off-cycle runs, year-end slips and ROEs.
Why US dollars?
SeroPayroll is billed in US dollars like every Sero product, through Stripe. Your card issuer converts at its own rate.
How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan and enter a card. Nothing is charged for 14 days; cancel before then and you pay nothing. After the trial the plan renews monthly or yearly until you cancel.
Do the plans differ in features?
No. Every plan includes every SeroPayroll feature. The plans differ only in how many people you pay and how many logins you get for the people who run payroll.
Is direct deposit included?
Direct deposit is not built yet — the CPA 005 bank file is on the roadmap. Today you pay by cheque or through your bank and record the payment in the run.
