What this does

Every report uses a date range and optional filters. You can read it on screen, print it, or save it in a file.

Steps

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Choose a report. All reports takes you back to the list.
  3. Pick the Range: This month, Last month, This quarter, Year to date, Last year or Custom range. For a custom range, choose Choose dates.
  4. Use the filters: All pay groups, All departments, All locations, All employees.
  5. Read the table. The row count and totals are at the bottom.
  6. To save, choose CSV, PDF or Excel. To print, choose Print.
  7. The message says "Saved {name}".

Ranges are by pay date. Both ends are included.

"As at" reports

Year to date by employee and Vacation liability use a single date. The page shows "As at {date}".

If a report is empty

It says "Nothing to show for this range. Reports include approved, paid and filed pay runs."

Good to know

  • The PDF has the company name, the range and page numbers.
  • Under a trial licence, PDFs carry the trial mark and CSV and Excel files start with a line "TRIAL ACCOUNT – NOT FOR FILING".
  • Reports are read-only. All roles can open and export them.
  • Per-employee reports are on the employee's Transactions tab.
